These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WeStore Headless online store and any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate, up-to-date information.
Products and prices
- We make every effort to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.
- Prices are shown in the store’s currency and include or exclude tax as indicated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders already confirmed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment can’t be verified — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is due when you place your order, using one of the methods offered at checkout. For offline methods such as bank transfer, we process your order once payment is received; unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Reviews and content
Reviews and other content you submit must be honest and lawful. We may moderate or remove content that doesn’t meet these standards.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to WeStore Headless or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
